Weston Gallery has been in Carmel since 1975, and it's one of the oldest photography galleries in the world. Davi wanted the brand to feel more current without losing any of that history. So the goal was something quiet and classic that could sit next to an Edward Weston or Ansel Adams print without competing with it.
I designed a new logo, a WG monogram with an open, airy wordmark. On their Squarespace site, I updated the layout of the artist pages for the photographers the gallery represents.

Kind words
Working with Kristin (17 Mile Creative) has been an excellent experience! She is creative, thoughtful, and professional, and has a strong eye for detail with a great understanding of how to create a visual identity that feels both timeless and contemporary. Our fine art gallery has over 50 years of history, so we were pleased to find a designer who could honor the character and legacy while giving our brand and online presence a more polished, modern, and cohesive look. We would highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a talented and reliable designer for branding or website projects.
I had a wonderful experience working with Kristin while building my website! She was professional, creative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the creative & development process. She helped guide me through the creative process of collecting & creating content for the website. Then she assembled & transformed the materials, creating a beautiful, user-friendly website that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with Kristin to create your next project!
